Building Department

The Iosco County Building Department issues permits for residential and commercial construction within the county, as well as permits under the Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control Act. The building department maintains a staff of four full-time Michigan State registered inspectors. In addition to the main office, an Oscoda office is also available on weekday mornings.
