This being the regular session, the meeting was called to order at 9:30 a.m. by the Chairman, Robert Cudney.

Commissioners Present: Jeff Matthews (District 2), Robert Cudney (District 3), John Moehring, (District 4), Patricia Schmidt (District 5).

Commissioners Absent: Roberta Roulo (District 1).
