THIS BEING A REGULAR MEETING OF THE IOSCO COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS HELD AT THE COUNTY BUILDING IN TAWAS CITY ON APRIL 18, 2007 PURSUANT TO PUBLISHED SCHEDULE.

This being a regular session, the meeting was called to order at 9:30 a.m. by Chairman, Robert Cudney.

Commissioners Present: Jeff Matthews (District 2), Robert Cudney, (District 3), John Moehring (District 4) and Patricia Schmidt (District 5).

Commissioners Absent: Roberta Roulo (District 1).

MISCELLANEOUS

Elite Shellenbarger – financial position of the county. Fund balance down to $40,000 – by the end of April the balance will be down $200,000. The Audit to be presented May 2, 2007.

Matthews – Department heads needs to keep eye on revenue and the cost to run department.

Moehring – meet with department heads for solutions.
