Iosco County Register of Deeds- Fees

Beginning March 31, 2003 Recording Fees within the Register of Deeds Office will be:

First Page	$14.00
Each Additional Page	3.00
Each Additional Liber and Page being discharged or assigned on the same document	3.00
Fixture Filings (January 1, 2005)	15.00
11 x 17 Subdivision Plat Copy (per page)	1.75
8-1/2 x 11 Photocopy of Records (per page)	1.25
$1.00 tax certification is required on warranty deeds, land contracts and those documents containing a Warrant and Defend Clause.

Those Documents not being covered by this fee increase are Fixture Filings, State and Federal Liens, State Deeds, Plats or Treasurer’s tax Reversion Documents.

Fees must accompany documents for recording.

Documents will be returned to the customer within 2 to 3 weeks after processing in our office.

New 2009 Iosco County Plat Books are now available. They may be purchased by mail. Send your request along with your name and address and a check for $27.92 ($25.00 per book and $2.92 for postage) made payable to Iosco County Register of Deeds, 422 W. Lake Street, P.O. Box 367, Tawas City, MI 48764-0367.
